In ons restaurant draait alles om passie voor muziek en lekker eten. En daarom wilden we een eerbetoon brengen aan een van onze favoriete bands, de legendarische Beastie Boys. Hun debuutalbum, "Check Your Head”, is een absolute klassieker die ons heeft geïnspireerd op vele manieren.

Een van de meest iconische nummers op het album is "Jimmy James". Het heeft een onmiskenbare energie die perfect past bij de sfeer van ons restaurant. Dus besloten we om een burger te creëren die net zo iconisch en smaakvol is als het nummer zelf.

Our restaurant is all about passion for music and good food. And that's why we wanted to pay tribute to one of our favorite bands, the legendary Beastie Boys. Their debut album, “Check Your Head”, is an absolute classic that has inspired us in many ways.

One of the most iconic songs on the album is "Jimmy James". It has an unmistakable energy that fits perfectly with the atmosphere of our restaurant. So we decided to create a burger that is as iconic and tasty as the song itself. Come and taste the musical flavors of the Beastie Boys in our restaurant.

As a child, I was a big fan of The A-Team. Every time the series came on television, I was glued to the screen. But it wasn't just the action and adventure that fascinated me; it was especially the iconic van that the team always drove around in.

I still remember vividly how I used to daydream about owning that van. Years passed, and I eventually opened my own restaurant. I decided to pursue my childhood dream and began the search for a similar van.

And yes, we found one in the Netherlands! We drove it back to Belgium, and once home, the real adventure began. We transformed the van into a kitchen for our restaurant. Now it stands there, shining in all its glory. It's not just a kitchen; it's a symbol of perseverance and chasing dreams.

So come by and see how a childhood dream has become a reality! 🚐

Als kind was ik helemaal gek van The A-Team. Elke keer als de serie op televisie kwam, zat ik aan het scherm gekluisterd. Maar het was niet alleen de actie en avontuur die me fascineerden, het was vooral dat iconische busje waar het team altijd in rondreed.

Ik herinner me nog goed hoe ik dagdroomde over het hebben van dat busje. Jaren gingen voorbij en ik opende mijn eigen restaurant. Ik besloot er werk van te maken en begon de zoektocht naar een soortgelijk busje.

En jawel, we vonden er één in Nederland! We reden ermee terug naar België en eenmaal thuis begon het echte avontuur. We transformeerden het busje in ons restaurant tot een keuken. Nu staat het busje daar, stralend in al zijn glorie. Het is niet alleen een keuken, het is een symbool van doorzettingsvermogen en het najagen van dromen.

Dus kom langs en zie hoe een kinderdroom werkelijkheid is geworden!
