☘️ Sunday: This run will take you outside of Antwerp. Perfect run to collect new green kilometres. It’s a 16km run at a pace of 06:00 min/km. Come in time! our pacer leaves sharp at 10:30am. Meet at Peron North, Licht Vliegwezenlaan 11, 2930 Brasschaat.

⚡️Sunday: Long Run Sunday:
We will end this sunday run with some beers 🍻 and frietjes 🍟 in honour of our Belgian National Day!

Start & finish: Bar Brial at 10:30 am, Fortstraat 100, 2640 Mortsel. It’s a 16km run at a pace of 06:00 min/km.

Summer Bar Tour is Back!
There are many summer bars around the city, and we are planning to visit them all!

💚🏃‍♂️ Wednesday: 8km, 06:00 min/km, nature run! We will kick off this summer bar tour at our favorite bar from last year, Zomerbar Groot Schijn, Deurne. Leaving at 19:30. No music this time, but you’ll enjoy nature in return.

How it started. How it’s going.
Exactly 6 years ago today, & got a question from if he and a few friends could join their running group starting from the Nike store to celebrate global running day. There was already a (small) boombox that first run, a groupspic, and good vibes. Not that much has changed, really.

She will take you to explore the Rivierenhof and other different parks 🌳 The run will end again for a glass of delicious wine and a snack for those who want. Don’t miss this one!

Ps: there is NO place to leave your stuff so come prepared for the Sunday run😉
AND it is best to wear slightly dirtier shoes because parks can be a bit muddy due to the rain.
