Chow Urban Cuisine

CHOW is the story of an energetic cuisine, created by Lunabelle Sathorn Moun. It is a touch of Sout There, on a bench, in big bold letters read the word: CHOW.

The word CHOW first appeared in the chef’s journey as a self-made pun. 'Ciao bacahlau!' she shouted, while in a Lisbon city bus, making her friend burst into laughter. The word reappeared some time after when she revisited a temple in Malaysia she would frequent in her childhood.
