Ms. Berzina is a Senior Fellow in the Brussels Office of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, a transatlantic think tank specialized in transatlantic cooperation.
Ms. Berzina works on US-EU Relations, NATO, digital technologies, disinformation and energy topics. She received her master’s degree in international relations from the University of Cambridge and her bachelor’s in political science and history from Yale University.
Ms. Berzina appears frequently in international media, including The Financial Times, BBC, NPR, Deutsche Welle, Euronews, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.

Michael Curtis is the Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Washington DC. Before joining the Delegation, Mr. Curtis worked on former EU’s Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini’s team.
With this experience, Michael Curtis’ knowledge and insights on transatlantic relations and diplomatic ties between the EU and the US will undoubtedly prove very interesting.

During the conference, participants from College of Europe contributed in producing policy papers on European Security, Energy Policy, European Democracy, Technology and Internet Governance.
Throughout the conference, team participated in workshops, panel discussions, and informal debates with other participants.This was a perfect opportunity to meet other students interested in transatlantic affrairs and European politics from all over the world.
