Hi friends, For our Al Pastor tacos, we make an original artisanal preparation from A to Z behind the scenes at Pina taqueria 👨🍳 We prepare a Pork Brooch, where the porc is marinate in a preparation based on a selection of chillies and another secret spice blend called « achiote ».
