Bouwen aan zelfvertrouwen – hoe omgaan met het ‘Imposter Syndrome’ | Farm of Inspiration

Op 19 mei geef ik een workshop in of Inspiration in Lier.
We gaan al spelenderwijs op zoek naar je triggers die het ‘Imposter Syndrome’ in gang zetten. Op die manier kunnen we gaan bouwen aan je zelfvertrouwen om dat stemmetje in je hoofd stap voor stap anders te laten zingen.

Het ‘Imposter syndroom’ is een term die door psychologen en onderzoekers gebruiken om mensen te beschrijven die NIET in staat zijn om hun eigen prestaties te erkennen als zijnde voldoende. Deze mensen hebben vaak het idee over zichzelf dat ‘ze niet echt zijn’, ‘dat ze niet goed genoeg zijn, ook al hebben ze 3 diploma’s en phd’s etc’. Het fenomeen kan gepaard gaan met angsten, twijfels, je handelingen beperken etc.

Het wordt een leuke ontdekkingstocht met de LEGO® Serious Play® methode waarbij we tips en tricks verzamelen waarmee je aan de slag kan.
