Evergreen relocates to a newly renovated office in Kievit Tower – expertly guided by Colliers Belgium 🚢🌱

We are proud to announce the successful relocation of Evergreen to their new 1.944 sqm office space across the 9th and 10th floors of the Kievit Tower in Antwerp. Colliers Belgium played a key role in aligning the interests of both Engie, who sought additional occupiers after an optimalisation of their footprint in the Kievit Tower, and Evergreen, who required a well-located, ESG-compliant building in Antwerp.

Our Design & Build team also expertly managed the fit-out, delivering a modern, future-proof workspace that reflects Evergreen’s operational needs and sustainability goals. The reuse of the existing fit-out and furniture further demonstrates a commitment to minimising waste and reducing the carbon footprint.

🚀 Exciting project completion alert 🚀

Colliers Belgium transformed a cafeteria into a welcoming space with a combined bar and reception area. Our goal was to make coffee breaks a unique experience for clients, turning this space into a showcase for ISS ☕️

Using organic shapes for a smooth flow, we connected informal meeting zones, workspaces and the cafeteria. We chose neutral materials and tones, terracotta and ISS blue accents, to maintain a timeless aesthetic 💙

Another successful project for our Project Management & Interior Design teams 🚀

Driven by the need to adapt to the new realities of remote work post-COVID, the market leader in enterprise applications had to relocate their offices. After having advised our client for their move, we also had the opportunity to design and fit-out their new office of the future.

Taking inspiration directly at the source of their core business, we designed the space around the theme of "connection", linking different areas (client space, meeting rooms, workspaces and cafeteria) with colourful blocks that extend from the ground to the walls, creating a vibrant and cohesive environment 🔗🧩

Despite a tight 7-month timeline, we successfully delivered a functional and dynamic workspace for all employees 🙌

Two and a half years ago, Britt joined Colliers Belgium as an assistant in the Valuation department. With the support and training from her team, she quickly advanced to become an expert 🤓

Looking to step out of her comfort zone and embrace new challenges, Britt decided to explore new opportunities. A few months ago, she joined the Workplace Strategy & Change Management department, where she now thrives in her new role and with her new team.

In 2023, the Croix-Rouge de Belgique commissioned us to fit out its new coordination centre in Namur 🌟

The Red Cross wanted to bring together its various coordination teams, previously spread over 3 sites, in a new working environment with open and shared spaces, suitable for individual, collaborative and social work. Our client's objective was to enable exchanges and the sharing of expertise in order to strengthen its effectiveness and therefore its social impact on its beneficiaries.

The living and working areas were partly equipped with equipment recovered from the 3 sites. Another symbolic action is the name of the new building: "Espace Henry Dunant", in homage to the founder of the Belgian Red Cross, his humanist vision and his major humanitarian projects 🙌

We would like to thank the Belgian Red Cross for their trust, and more specifically Didier Gason and Rémi Doratiotto for the good collaboration 🤝
