Here’s a few info about the 4th Atelier that will happen on 23rd of January ! This Korean Japchae recipe is full of vegetables sautés with « glass » noodles, cooked in the traditional way. We will introduce different versions, suitable for vegan, vegetarian, non-vegetarian. Once you try this classic Korean recipe, you’ll fall in love and want to make it every week for a healthy and easy dinner in busy weeknights. This is our korean cook, Semin Yang from South-Korea. We are very impatient to meet you, curious minds of korean cuisine.
