Earlier this year, the inaugural season of the Forum "Our Water: Flowing from Shanghai – Intercultural Dialogues among World Cities," debuted at the iconic Palais Brongniart . This event marked a significant milestone in Sino-French relations. It brought together thought leaders, cultural figures, and business representatives to explore urban innovation, ecological governance, and sustainable development between Shanghai and Paris.
As a continuation of this vision, the recent GBD Innovation Club Learning Expedition in Suhewan, Jing'An, Shanghai, saw global business district leaders—including representatives from Paris La Défense, CASA ANFA, and The Chicago Loop—witness the best of Shanghai’s urban and cultural growth.

The visit yesterday included a stop at the iconic Shanghai Tower, where participants enjoyed one of the top three most breathtaking views of the city. Attendees explored the Suhewan district, including the luxurious Bulgari Hotel Shanghai, and engaged in meaningful discussions with local businesses about future opportunities.
During the event, our very own Haichen Wang, a native of Shanghai, delivered the introduction speech for the Openness Innovation Collaboration: GBD Innovation Club meets Suhewan, where business district leaders exchanged ideas and explored new possibilities for collaboration.

📣 Discover the International Festival of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Chengdu, China!
Founded in 2007, this festival is held every two years in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and is a significant international event that aims to promote the protection and celebration of intangible cultural heritage worldwide.
The event showcases over 9,000 intangible cultural heritage items from more than 135 countries, as well as 4000 representatives from non-governmental organizations.
Signature activities like the Tianfu Parade and the International Handicraft Exhibition bring together thousands of performers and artisans, highlighting the vibrant traditions from around the globe.

We are delighted to share our participation in the "CHINA IN FOCUS: Motifs and Colors" exhibition, which took place on September 25th & 27th at the Tangla Hotel Brussels and the China Cultural Center in Brussels.
🔍 The exhibition offered a unique journey into traditional Chinese culture, exploring its profound connection to nature. Through five sections, it highlighted the symbolic, technological, aesthetic, evolutionary, and contemporary significance of motifs and colors found in ancient artifacts.

On July 22, the Chinese Cultural Center in Luxembourg hosted the Luxembourg session of the Global Dialogue on “World Opportunities for China’s Deepening Reform in the New Era,” organized by China Central Radio and Television (CCTV).
Nearly 100 guests from Chinese and European political, business, think tank, and media circles participated in this enriching exchange. Discussions highlighted the significance of China’s deepening reforms and the opportunities they present for the world.
