Gent 10 Mijl guided 9000 runners through the beautiful streets of Ghent, treating them and their supporters to a cosy festival at the finish.

We supported the organisation in preparing for this event, deploying an extensive team of event managers to coordinate more than 500 crew members spread across the event on the day itself.

Voodoo Village invited its people to dance in the mystical atmosphere created on the grounds of 's Gravenkasteel in Grimbergen.

Our team coordinated mobility and parkings to get everyone safe, sound and smooth to the festival site and back home. Once arrived, all visitors were given a warm welcome at the entrances, managed by our team.

FESTIVAL LES ARDENTES guarantees a quality line-up of big hiphop and dance names every year. For the 2024 edition, one of our freelancers set up camp at the festival for two months as zone manager.

Plan in hand, our job was to coordinate an assigned VIP area of the festival. From build-up to build-off, we took care of supplier contacts, made sure all facilities were up and running, managed crew and monitored the general flow of events.

Beach Festival Nieuwpoort, what's good?

One of our freelancers has been co-coordinating the all-round production of this three-day festival since last week, today our food & beverages team joins in to kick ass the F&B production and management of this event. Let's go!

Never change a winning team: the enchanting setting of Ooidonk Castle, a quality line-up and premium food and drinks once again ensured the success recipe for the sixth edition of Beauville festival.

This year, our primary focus lay on food & beverages production and management, coordinating an efficient build-up and operation of all bars on the festival. During the weekend, our team of managers were in charge of bar crew, VIP experience, back office and the exterior grounds around the site, having one mutual goal in mind: smooth sailing and a memorable experience for the visitors.
