We primarily focus on building materials in our shop but we sometimes come across beautiful pieces of furniture on our deconstruction trips. These wooden pieces were handcrafted by a father and son (both engeneers) from Ghent some 50-40 years ago. Available at small prices in our shop at Het Arsenaal in Gentbrugge.

Client project: custommade desk made from our 3-layered solid bamboo desktops 🙌

We still have a lot of these panels in stock (180x80 cm and 120x80 cm) which can be used as is or cut into smaller parts for all your interior projects! They are unused and still in their original packaging 👍

Because they are cross-layered, they are less prone to warping which makes them the perfect material for (kitchen) cabinet doors, wall shelves or simply as table tops.
Use your creativity! 🌱

Happy to see our friends from Café Flordi shine after the hard times they have been through💪. And happy we could help them out with our salvaged materials 🥳 tables, chairs, glass partition walls, kitchenette, toilets, ... All saved from container and repurposed for the good cause 🙏

De aannemer ging lopen met 70.000 euro, maar Tom en zijn vrienden gaven niet op en openen nu hun eigen coworking Dat het bloed, zweet en tranen heeft gekost, mag je letterlijk nemen in het geval van de nieuwe ‘coworking space’ Flordi in Gent. Een frauduleuze aannemer ging een jaar geleden met 70.000 euro lopen, maar Tom Michels en zijn vrienden gaven niet op. “Hier kan je de wereld veranderen.”

For those who didnt know yet, besides saving kitchens from demolotion, we also have a service that re-installs these 2nd chance kitchens! 🙌 🙌 . This salvaged kitchen was one of our latest projects for .be and modular units. Go check out the website recupcentrale.be for more info 🙋
