OVER ONS
re.cyclo is een ontwerplaboratorium dat zich richt op het redden en recyclen van oude fietsen.

We zijn een tak van colibricollective, een architectenbureau dat zich bezighoudt met de bouw van duurzame en betaalbare woningen in gemarginaliseerde, lage-inkomensgebieden op internationaal niveau.

PROJECTEN
Door een bewuste aanpak van vereenvoudiging werken we met oude, vervallen stadsfietsen om ze extra karakter en een nieuw leven te geven.

We geloven in duurzaamheid en streven ernaar om het gebruik van giftige materialen en processen in onze projecten te vermijden.

MISSIE
Verminderen-Hergebruiken-Recyclen-Herstellen

Wij willen een sleutelrol spelen in de verbetering van de kwaliteit van ons milieu. We willen ons gebruik van nieuwe producten verminderen, het hergebruiken en het recycleren van wat we hebben, zijn praktijken die het herstel van ecosystemen ondersteunen en potentieel kunnen bijdragen aan de verbetering van de gezondheid van onze planeet.

Als u van plan bent om een nieuwe fiets te kopen, overweeg dan om te investeren in een gerecyclede fiets, hetzij bij ons, hetzij bij een andere winkel die zich met deze praktijk bezighoudt.

Als extra perk hebben we besloten om 5%-10%* van elke verkoop te doneren aan het goede doel van uw keuze. Wanneer u bij ons een fiets koopt kunt u kiezen uit een lijst van lokale en internationale goede doelen of u kunt een ander goed doel voorstellen.

re.cyclo est un laboratoire de conception axé sur le sauvetage et le recyclage de vieux vélos.

Nous sommes une branche de colibricollective, un studio d'architecture qui se consacre à la construction de logements durables et abordables dans des zones marginalisées et à faibles revenus dans le monde entier.

Par une approche consciente de la simplification, nous travaillons avec de vieux vélos de ville en mauvais état pour leur donner plus de caractère et une nouvelle vie.

Nous nous sommes engagés à être des acteurs clés dans l'amélioration de la qualité de notre environnement. Réduire notre demande de nouveaux produits, réutiliser ce que nous avons et recycler ce que nous pouvons, sont des pratiques qui favorisent la régénération des écosystèmes et pourraient contribuer à l'amélioration de la santé de notre planète.

Si vous envisagez d'acheter un nouveau vélo, pensez à investir dans un vélo recyclé, soit chez nous, soit dans tout autre magasin dédié à cette pratique.
