Learn to:
1. Visualize your feelings with a creative throughout idea.
2. Build a story that connects every piece of content, including your logo, colors, choice of fonds, choice of employees,…
3. Make 1 image tell more than 1000 words.
4. Leave out some space to let your viewers go on a discovery journey to connect what they see visually in your post, since the brain will always work in order to make sense out of everything.
5. But make it obvious. Just like those drawings you used to have as a kid where you needed to connect 1,2,3,4,5 but could clearly already see the picture it was going to make. Still you wanted to do it anyway!

Until one day my weight was at 37kg, despite the 4 years of struggling against it in disbelief.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙?
The reason I got into marketing and personal branding happend.
•At the age of 19 I started my first business as an 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙧.
•2 years later added an other passion as 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙧 in my spare time. Super passionate and exited to be of service.
•After 3 years the first signs of my body started. Pain, fatigue, weird immune responses, but my mind was clear and 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮.

So I kept going. Until one day my body decided no for me. And when your passion gets taken away. Your mind cracks as well.

Then Corona hit and my life turned 360degrees, when I found the mind-body its newest neurological research and insane breakthroughs. And pulled myself 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙯𝙚𝙧𝙤 𝙩𝙤 𝙖 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙤.
With a huge amount of gratitude. I decided I wanted to teach this. Earning money by helping others boost their physical and mental health. So I started a new business again. Despite the trauma.

But it wasn’t enough. My body also had its say. And I decided to listen to it. To listen to what attracted, I decided to reveal to myself why I was attracted to photography and hairdressing. And what all of that had to do with what I went through. Basically I kept asking WHY about everything. Every thought. Every emotions. Just everything.

And slowly but steady I started teaching people to follow their passion as well and build a profitable business from it, but also with a big caution, to learn to do it the right way for your mind and body. And that was exactly what my first public speaking assignment was about. My story and how to find your purposeful passion in life.

However at the end of my presentations I alway s had one big issue,I completely freaked when I had to sell my services that came from my whole story and experience. So I kicked myself in the ass and decided to stop winging my marketing and sales strategies and sign in for an intensive 8 month marketing immersion with one of the top coaches in Australia.

It was super overwhelming and exhausting. But it brought me to where I always had to be. It opened up my dreams I was to afraid of dreaming. Starting a 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮. So I could finally do something with all that creativity. All those ideas that naturally popped up in my head when I heard people talk about their passions.
All that excitement I felt for helping people make their dreams come true.

It all just fits so perfectly together now. The skills my hairdressing business gave in understanding human connection, sales, and branding yourself with the way you look, walk and talk. As well as photography that led me to video en marketing.❤️

This is the key lessons I will take with me. Find something that freaks you out, annoys you, something that you have struggled with but had to 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙧 𝙗𝙮 𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚. And build a product or service around it that you can 𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 with or at least be super proud to talk about and show off. 💃
Something that can help other people get rid of another fear-based conscious thing taking up unnecessary 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨. 💡

In 2020 𝗢𝗿𝗲𝗼 build a asteroid-proof vault in Svalbard Norway. While filling it with a stockpile of OREO Cookies and recipe instructions, they 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 along the way. 💡

To further drive their 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, they gave fans a peek into the vault which held special OREO packs wrapped in protective casing. Fans went 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝘀, asking how they could get their hands on a pack.🍌🍌🍌

This stunt created more than 40 pieces of multi-𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 which, resulted in nearly 4MM organic impressions, 324K+ video views and 178K+ engagements in only five days. On average, it takes OREO nearly two weeks to drive such numbers. 🙉🙈🙊

As much as I love taking real life 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 and behind the scenes 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐬. It’s amazing what kind of 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 you can create, using the help of AI to give your ideas form. Wether it’s to get clear on your own rubbel of ideas, or to use them for your 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬.

Where it started. DETERMINED yet SHY❗️

Eventually everyone just wants to make money to survive. Let’s face this idea. Right?!

Well so did I, but there is more to the story than that. I wanted to make money doing what I love. I just didn’t love the word money and everything it triggered in me. All the shame, struggles and fights I’ve seen it cause in everyone their lives.

Until one day. Someone said to me. But what if money wasn’t an object?
What if you focus to much on what’s easy to provide money from instead of what will light up your soul and that of everyone. 👌🥂

That got me thinking again and again. And it’s when I decided that everything I had learned in my own journey of struggling with mental and physical health, that I had to teach that from that day on. And apply it to everything I know.

Little did I know that marketing would come my way. But eventually it’s the most logic thing. It’s the most stress causing thing. So what better niche to practice mindfullness in. 🤷‍♀️
