Although I might come across very confident on stage, I do get full blown panic attacks when organizing such a huge show in such a short period of time. So many things can go wrong last minute and I get just as overwhelmed as the next person. I have learned that it is ok to have a panic moment. I have learned that we DO need support and should not be afraid to ask for it. I’m VERY grateful that I have so many friends that will just be there and help me, but I need to ask and not go into my shell 🐚 and disappear. I had a good cry, regulated my breathing and had 4 phone calls with people I knew where going to help or just simply listen and help my brain settle to a more calm state. This item arriving on time was my sign from the universe, to believe in the process and myself. Although my brain can create and make huge jumps. Reality sometimes cannot catch up with the same speed. So small steps. Small steps are still progress, it will get you to your goal eventually. Hope this resonates with you.
