They’ve worked tirelessly to support a variety of non-profits and social start-ups, providing crucial legal guidance and expertise.
Their dedication has helped the following organizations to scale their impact:

🔹 Carotein: Founded by Norah Benmeridja, Carotein® aims to revolutionize the food industry by transforming greenhouse gases into proteins using microorganisms. This groundbreaking process, which uses 11,000 times less water than beef production, earned Norah the top prize at the PhD Innovation Café last year. Two separate teams supported this project, working on corporate and IP challenges.

🔹 LongDragon School: LongDragon School is a Chinese language school based in Ghent committed to introducing children and teenagers to Mandarin and Chinese culture through innovative, hands-on courses and workshops. By bridging the gap between East and West, they aim to promote cultural understanding and global citizenship.

🔹 Project X: While we have to keep the specifics of this confidential project under wraps, we can reveal that we supported a pioneering start-up in the circular economy space, founded by a young impact maker.

Throwing it back to one of our highlights of the past semester - an amazing client pitching workshop organized by our fantastic partner ! 🎉

During the session, we worked in teams to present fictive law firms to potential clients and handle specific client cases. We are so grateful to have been able to get true, practical insights from expert lawyers! The evening wrapped up with great food, drinks, and some insightful conversations. 🥳

Big thanks to for hosting us and guiding us through the ‘Post M&A Negotiations’ workshop.

It was an incredibly valuable workshop for our law students, where they had the opportunity to negotiate a mock post-M&A transaction as lawyers representing two CEOs, aiming to reach an amicable agreement. 📚 We appreciate the useful feedback and insights gained during the workshop. 💼

To top it off, we wrapped up the evening with a lovely dinner and drinks, while having the opportunity to ask all of our questions. 🍸

Over the past semester, our strategy teams have been engaged in remarkable projects with various non-profits and social start-ups. Here are some of the impactful organizations we’ve had the privilege to support:

🔹 11.11.11: As the umbrella organization for international solidarity, 11.11.11 works to eradicate exploitation and ensure a dignified life for everyone by advocating for fair distribution of power and resources.

🔹 De Lovie vzw: Supporting children, young people, and adults with diverse abilities, De Lovie is dedicated to connecting people and investing in a warm and caring community through comprehensive support services, including care, education, guidance, and so much more.

🔹 Just Waldo: Just Waldo is a rising start-up specializing in upcycled and vintage clothing. They carefully curate pre-loved clothing items, and collaborate with emerging designers to repurpose fabrics, deadstock, and surplus materials, promoting sustainability and circular economy practices.

🔹 Kom op tegen Kanker: Mobilizing people to avoid, combat, and alleviate cancer, this organization engages volunteers, campaigners, and donors in the fight against this pervasive disease.

🔹 SAAMO: Focused on social work through innovative projects and engaged community work, SAAMO collaborates with individuals in vulnerable positions to develop sustainable solutions, influence policy, and raise public awareness.

🔹 We Make Hope (WMH): We Make Hope is a non-profit organization that aims to help underprivileged people all over the world by improving their living conditions in a sustainable way. WMH does this by supporting around 250 development projects every year, the resources for which they mainly obtain from the collection of clothing.

Kookploeg Solidair is a volunteer organization that prepares and distributes 15 000 free, healthy meals each year to people in (temporary) poverty who cannot provide meals for themselves or their families. This remarkable team, led by Inès Pieters (Team Leader) and Ada Dejonghe (Legal Director) is working closely with BluePrint to help them maximize their social impact. They are coached by the amazing , providing them with highly valuable insights and support!

is a non-profit organization committed to enhancing the living conditions in a sustainable way of underprivileged people all over the world. WMH does this by supporting around 250 development projects every year, primarily funded through clothing collections. 🧦👚
