A day in a life of an Account Executive
- You are responsible for managing and growing the Belux market within specific predefined verticals such as banking, insurance, HR services, utilities (non-exhaustive).
- You quickly qualify prospects and efficiently move them through a repeatable sales process to closure.
- You are an expert at contacting executive-level prospects and execute high-level business and technology discussions. During the sales process, you will be supported for the technical discussions by a pre-sales engineer.
- You master an understanding of a customer’s business needs across a broad range of vertical industries. You report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
- You create and rapidly execute a territory growth plan.
- You drive lead generation, from qualification, opportunity and proposal management to contract closure.
- You convince business & technical owners (lead architects) to integrate TrustBuilder ID Hub in their tools and applications in a 100% SaaS model.
- You bring market expertise and insight to our important process of building convincing business cases to carefully selected market verticals.
- You provide input on drafting marketing materials and marketing communication plan to communicate our offering to these selected market verticals.
- You stay on top of important regulation trends and market demand drivers to continuously challenge and update our go-to-market strategy.
- You negotiate business terms (pricing) and conditions (contracts).
- You provide accurate and timely forecasts.
- You exceed annual recurring revenue quota.
Do we have a match?
We are looking for people that are customer-focused and driven by making a difference for our customers. This is what we expect from you:
- A broad understanding and track record of utilizing a recognized B2B sales methodology.
- 10 to 15 years strategic and consultative sales experience.
- Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience.
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions to large enterprise accounts (B2B).
- Proven track record of new customer acquisition sales success.
- Experience in dealing with both IT profiles (e.g. lead architects, project managers, etc.) and business owners.
- Familiar with one or more vertical markets: finance, HR, healthcare, utilities, retail, telco, …
- Executive presence.
- Hunter, self-starter, solution bringer.
- Ability to work independently.
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Minimal PC skills including use of CRM software, Office 365, PowerPoint, etc.
- Fluent speaker in English. Proficiency in additional international languages is an asset.
