Bit of an unusual picture, but we've improved yet another part of the bar 😁
Over the years our urinals have suffered damage from stupid drunk people (especially stupid people 😒),
resulting in one or more being out of service for many months.
Never again with this custom made urinal! ☺️

Comic Sans will be closed from this Friday the 19th until the 1st of August.

Random picture because It's been a while since I've made a post.
Since I'll be turning 35 next week, I've been focusing on my personal health and private life more than I did the last few years. But I'm also working on a big project involving Comic Sans (which I'll reveal later this year).
Exciting times for sure!

Next week we'll be open until Thursday the 18th!
Meaning we're closed during the Gentse Feesten, as usual.
But we'll be back on the 2nd of August.

The Aliens Armageddon shoot 'em up arcade found a spot in Comic Sans! We had to do some moving around, but the new infrastructure might be to your liking ☺️

You can also play this arcade around the corner, but twice as expensive .. 🤷
Same as we do with our pinballs, we strive to provide the best value and the best condition with our machines.

This year our version of the Pre-party will be a karaoke as always, but a bit different than before 🎤
Join us on Saturday the 15th of June for an epic metal + Disney karaoke.
What does that mean?
You can request metal OR Disney songs and, if you're able to find them, also Metal-Disney songs.

Everyone that visits FACTS can enter freely.
Like last time, there will be a party-zone and chill-zone.

The chill-zone will be held in .cafe, where you can sit in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy some bites.

The party-zone is in Comic Sans, where famous Geek-DJ will provide the best geek-tunes to move your feet to, while displaying geeky visuals on the big screen.
Leroy will also bring shirts with his logo. For those that are interested, please DM us.

Not much has changed apart from a few new beers.
Despite some breweries increasing their prices, ours have pretty much stayed the same.

I have fond memories of driving home from school, making sure I was on time to turn the TV to Kanaal2 and watching Dragon Ball Z.
Either seeing Vegeta turn from foe to friend or in full anticipation of seeing Freeza's ass kicked.

Akira Toriyama has made many peoples childhood with Dragon Ball and even games like Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest).

A new load of boardgames arrived just in time for the first boardgame Sunday of the month!
Some games get played so often that we have to throw them out after a while, even with sleeves.
Or pieces get stolen, which makes some of them unplayable after a while.
As many of you know, we offer these games as a service, for FREE.
And we will keep doing that for the time being,
Unless we quickly notice people disrespecting this free service.

We will implement a new rule however.
During the weekend nights and other extremely busy moments, you'll only be able to play the simple party games like Uno, Jenga, Chess.. etc.
This allows us to double check the bigger games that have a lot of pieces on the quiet moments.
