De eerste trainingsweek van onze Liga A mannen is vlot verlopen! Morgen sluiten onze buitenlandse spelers aan en is de groep compleet!

Voor we maandag beginnen aan de voorbereiding van het nieuwe seizoen vindt er dit weekend eerst nog het Belgisch kampioenschap beachvolleybal plaats. Dit slotakkoord van de beachtour gaat door in Nieuwpoort en wordt verspreid over 3 dagen. Vrijdag treden Arne en Milan aan in de voorrondes met respectievelijk Christophe Van Acker en Casper Willems (ook geen onbekende voor wie de club kent). Martijn komt zaterdag pas in actie en geldt samen met zijn partner Dennis Deroey als een van de favorieten om zich te plaatsen voor een eventuele finale op zondag.

Na een zinderende finale tegen Volley Waremme mogen onze jongens zich terecht kampioen U19 van België noemen! Dikke proficiat!!

We are excited to see him transition to the main team where he'll inject even more enthusiasm, ensuring both fun and excitement in matches and training sessions.

Let's welcome Arne Darras, our next exciting addition to the team! Coming from Volley Eternit, Arne has already been training with us last season, showcasing his potential to be a valuable asset! It's a dream come true for him to compete at the highest level, and we are thrilled to provide him with that opportunity. Known for his technical ability and composure in every situation, Arne is set to shine on the court. In the summer you will find him dominating on the beach volleybal court, further highlighting his exceptional talent. The honour is ours, Arne!

Introducing our first true newcomer, Kasper Benjaminsson! A young and talented Swede poised to make his mark beyond national borders next season. We have witnessed the impact of Scandinavian talent in our arena in recent years, and we are confident Kasper will have our supporters eagerly anticipating each home game. Onze jongens U19 behalen vandaag een bronzen medaille op het Vlaams Kampioenschap in Torhout. Winst tegen Lizzards Leuven, Maaseik en Torhout. Verlies van Mendo. Door eindwinst in de Champions League spelen we op 25 mei het Belgisch Kampioenschap in Spa!
