We continuously look for ways to show creative concepts to our clients so they see exactly how their new office would look and feel.
For example, these life-like visuals for our new project with Vinces Consulting were a fun and efficient way to test design ideas and engage them in collaborative decision-making. The team could see each detail like fabric, color or texture, and explore the space almost as if they were there.

This year our team of astronauts grew even more 😍
Welcome, Ana, Tamara and Catalina!
Get ready for the coziest hugs from Ana, our marketing executive. When she's not dazzling audiences with her improv theater skills, she'll engage you in open conversations on immigration, color theory or learning languages.
After getting her architectural degrees in Belgrade, our Serbian-Slovak BIM consultant Tamara interned in China and the USA. This noodle-and-beer-loving freelancer balances work with bouldering, nature, and crime documentaries.
This Colombian ball of energy makes handmade cards, plays music and enrolls in citizen engagement initiatives. Catalina, our project assistant, even used to be a competitive swimmer and wanted to study marine biology.
The future is bright with these stars ✨

Inspired by the skies: Conceptual design for The European Cockpit Association European Pilots ✈
To develop the design concept for our new project with ECA, we looked closely at the sky at different times of the day to derive colors aligned with the company’s branding 🎨
Our design team created a soft, warm and inviting palette where hues of orange highlight spaces with more energy and deep blues create a cozy, grounding atmosphere.

How to create a space that would foster collaboration, tell the story of a global brand, and help attract new talent?
When Bolton Group’s Belgian branch decided to move from its old office, we were thrilled to help them find a new space, renovate it and create a new home for their team 🏢✨
After moving in, the team left some heartwarming notes on the whiteboard: ”Wonderful place for a wonderful company”, “It is an honor to be able to enjoy this beautiful space” and “Thanks a lot for a great job, the office is wonderful”.
How amazing is that? 😍

Last week the Space Refinery team gathered together for board games, apéro and laughs, to welcome a new project assistant Catalina, celebrate a birthday of our designer Esha and reunite with our remote marketing executive Anastasiia.
As a hybrid team, we value connecting regularly because it helps us collaborate better, share knowledge and stay inspired, all while enjoying each other's company 🤩

For the new Antwerp HQ of Board of Innovation, we transformed a 1900s Belgian building into a modern, inspiring workspace reflecting BOI's culture.
Our design weaves in the heritage while enabling:
✅ Focused work
✅ Collaboration
✅ Relaxation
Custom details like the 10m coffee bar, a red stallion cut in half and a treehouse lounge made this space supercharged with creativity 🤩
