Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste en klantgerichte jobstudenten om ons team te versterken in onze cosmetica winkel. Als jobstudent bij Fin du Jour krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen in de beautybranche en tegelijkertijd bij te verdienen.

Functieomschrijving:
Adviseren van klanten over onze cosmetica- en huidverzorgingsproducten
Helpen bij het organiseren en opzetten van product displays
Assisteren bij kassawerkzaamheden en afrekeningen
Zorgen voor een nette en geordende winkelomgeving
Mogelijkheid tot het uitvoeren van lichte administratieve taken

Profiel:
- Affiniteit met cosmetica en interesse in beautyproducten
- Klantvriendelijk en communicatief vaardig
- Teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit
- Flexibel inzetbaar, ook tijdens weekenden
- Minimaal 18 jaar oud

Fin du Jour is een toonaangevend bedrijf in de cosmetica-industrie dat zich richt op hoogwaardige en luxueuze cosmetische producten. Ons bedrijf streeft naar excellentie in zowel productkwaliteit als klantenservice, en we zijn op zoek naar een getalenteerde en gemotiveerde individu om ons team te versterken als Store Manager.

Functieomschrijving:
Als Store Manager bij Fin du Jour ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief beheren van onze winkellocatie. Je bent het gezicht van ons merk en zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving. Je hebt een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en vind het niet erg om de winkel 's morgens te openen en 's avonds af te sluiten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadbeheer, visual merchandising en het handhaven van de winkelstandaarden. Occasioneel zal je worden bijgestaan door een collega tijdens drukke periodes.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
Operationeel beheer van de winkel, inclusief planning, voorraadbeheer en kassa activiteiten.
Implementeren van verkoopstrategieën om de omzetdoelstellingen te behalen en te overtreffen.
Zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke winkelomgeving door middel van effectieve visual merchandising.
Handhaven van hoge normen voor klantenservice, productkennis en winkeluitstraling.
Analyseren van verkoopprestaties

Vereisten:
Minimaal een afgeronde middelbare schooldiploma; een diploma in retailmanagement of een gerelateerd vakgebied is een pluspunt
Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol in de detailhandel, bij voorkeur in de cosmetica-industrie
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te beheren
Passie voor cosmetica en beautyproducten, met een goed begrip van de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen in de industrie
Flexibiliteit om te werken in een dynamische omgeving en beschikbaarheid tijdens weekenden en feestdagen
