Congratulations to myself 😊.
BE-BIO-01 😉
Just to be clear:
Not all my coffees are organic certified. But it doesn't mean the other coffees aren't clean! Certification program = investment. How can a smallholder farmer invest in such a program when the global coffee price is so low and his priority is to survive?
We have to go way further than FairTrade or organic programs did in the past. Time for a coffee revolution! Time for a global smallholder revolution!
Isn't it ?
