We are very happy for our athletes' progress📈we reached our goals and we set the basis for a promising season 🧜‍♀️
We would like to thank our athletes for their huge effort all this week 👏 all of our athletes' families for trusting us and supporting us from the beginning till the end (and for attending the show)🙏 our coaches .costa and for the intense high quality trainings🌊 our committee Ula Kiendys and Anne Geaerts for organizing this summer camp and investing so much time in it to ensure that everything will go well⛵ our sponsors .cars , without them we wouldn't be able to have this camp 🚀

It's very important to find ways to relax both physically🧘‍♀️ and mentally 🧠

3rd Day is done🙌
Today we worked on our conditioning and our technical elements 🌊 in the morning 🌄
we had a homemade poke bowl 🥣 to recharge our batteries 🔋and then we continued with new choreos🩰 that are very demanding💪
A stop🚦 for dinner 🍽 and off to the artistic swimming nutrition seminar 🥦.
A full day came to the end..
From tomorrow we will focus more on the choreos 💃

2nd day of the camp🧜‍♀️
▫️productive morning full of turns, twirls and spins 🌪🌊
▫️Healthy homemade wraps 🌯

🔸️Due to a technical problem of the heilig hurt's pool ❄⛄🥶🧊⛸ we had to adapt our schedule..
◽we went to the cinema 🎥 to watch the movie "Cruella" 🎬🎞

First day of the synchro camp 🏕
The girls loved training with Lea Costa 🇪🇸 her attitude and her positive energy made everyone do their best 🌟
Tilde Van De Wielde 🇧🇪 shared her knowledge and her passion for gymnastics and especially acro 🤸‍♀️
Swimming 🏊‍♀️ and flexibility tests will reveal the results of our camp!
Cécilia and Ula prepared home made lunch and it
couldn't be more tasty 🍏🥗
We will let our dolphins 🐬 to rest till tomorrow morning!
