▪️Zaantheater Zaandam - The Netherlands ▪️

On December 11, 1998, the Zaantheater in Zaandam was festively opened by Her Majesty Queen Beatrix. The Zaantheater was designed by the Architecten Combinatie Zaantheater: Wim Wester, Paul Carree and Jan Zijlstra and occupies a prominent spot on the river Zaan, right in the heart of Zaandam.

The theater has two halls, the Albert Heijnzaal with 870 seats and the much smaller Forbo Flooringzaal.

We provided a platform with 907 scala, bespoke seats (seats on wheels and fixed).

▪️Sportcampus de Lange Munte Kortrijk - Belgium ▪️

Sportcampus de Lange Munte is an infrastructure with international class, is in the green heart of the city of Kortrijk. The sports complex consists of 2 adjacent halls with 5 spacious sports halls. Thanks to this hall concept, 5 basketball and volleyball matches can be finished at the same time. In the event hall, 2400 spectators can enjoy sport.

1748 places are devided over the retractable seating systems the other are fixed.
For the seating a comfortable Sport 2 bucket seat with back type Sport 2 was used overall.

▪️SNFCC Athens - Greece ▪️

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center is a public space, where everyone has free access and can participate in a multitude of cultural, educational, athletic, environmental, and recreational activities and events. It includes the Greek National Opera, the National Library of Greece as well as the Stavros Niarchos Park, one of the largest green areas in Athens, covering 21 hectares.

The centre was designed by Renzo Piano a includes an multifuntional space with a retractable seating system for 160 people. The chosen Galant seats have a high-end finish with a top-quality upholstery and wooden details to match the intamate and luxurious allure of the space. The system also has integrated front convers to close off the system when not in use.

USITT is the leading association bringing together theatre and live entertainment design, management, and technology. Through our annual Conference. & Stage Expo. we focus on connecting. performing arts design and technology communities to ensure a vibrant dialogue among practitioners, educators, and students.

▪️Kulturkvartal Vestby - Norwey ▪️

Vestby kulturkvartal is an aesthetic and architectural landmark building that will function as an inclusive gathering point in the municipality. It is a meeting place for everyone and a vibrant arena for learning, mastery and experiences. The building contains a library, cultural school, main hall, flexisal, café and offices.

The official opening was September 1, 2023. The project has followed a so-called interaction contract, where the contractor and building committee have worked closely together to find the best solutions. The contractor for the project is AF Gruppen with L2 Arkitekter.

We provided them in total 519 seats: 142 seats on retractable seating system, 29 fixed seats against balcony and 48 fixed seats on balcony.

▪️OC De Tuyter Krimpen ad Ijssel - The Netherlands ▪️

Meeting centre de Tuyter is a multifunctional building in the heart of Krimpen aan den IJssel. For all residents young and old. In 2023, Jezet delivered a beautiful new retractable seating system. Together with the removable seats on wheels in front of the grandstand, there is room for 161 visitors.

The room has an intimate and warm character and the Plaza seats offer good seating comfort.

▪️Musée de la Marine Paris - France ▪️

Installed in Chaillot (Paris 16th) in 1943, near the Auberge de Jeunesse Paris-BVJ Champs-Elysées, the museum inherited superb maritime collections, gathered since the 18th century and until then sheltered Aumusée du Louvre in Paris, a few meters from the Paris youth hostel - BVJ Louvre, at Paris 1er.

Enriched over the years, the collections of the MarinereGroup Museum today more than 30,000 objects and works of art, including more than 2,800 boats and more than 7,000 paintings.

We installed a luxurious curved telescopic platform with 200 Livio type armchairs.

▪️Le Mans Antares - France ▪️

The largest multifunctional "Sports and Entertainment" facility in the region, shaped like a saucer, Antares landed along the Hunaudières straight, on the Le Mans 24-hour circuit.

Antarès Le Mans hosts the biggest dates and tours of Zeniths with a gauge that rises thanks to its modularity up to 7200 spectators. National and international variety concerts in "all seated" or "sit-stand" configuration, comedy, theater, dance, circus, magic, ice shows, children's shows, ... Economic events: conventions, congresses, fairs, general assemblies, conferences, product launches, company anniversaries, gala evenings, competitions, seminars and meetings, ... Antares also houses 3 fully furnished "VIP lounges" and 1 outdoor patio, ideal for all public relations operations.

To comply with the modular space Jezet installed 4 big retractable seating systems with a total capacity of 2068 seats plus 3578 fixed seats, 176 remoble seats and an additional 1580 chaises for the flaster and 50 for the players.

▪️Ecole des Mines Paris - France ▪️

The school was found in 1783, when the mines were the hightech industry. Quite naturally, the skills and the image of the school have followed the development of industry and Mines Paris - PSL studies, develops and teaches today all techniques useful for engineers, including economic and social sciences.

Jezet delivered and installed seats equally in 3 of the university auditoriums. In the large amphi, a telescopic tribune with 204 gallant armchair with writing tablets and one with 96 gallant armchairs with writing tablets were installed. The Amphi E. de Beaumont was also equipped with a telesocpical platform with 96 gallant seats with writing tablet and finally in the Châtelier Amhi 68 Aula seats on a fixed amphitherapy were installed.

▪️COREtec Dôme Oostende - Belgium ▪️

COREtec Dôme opened in 2006. It has been used as the home arena of the Belgian League club BC Oostende. It has also been used to host Fed Cup and Davis Cup tennis matches. The original name was Sea'Arena. In 2006 the name was changed to Sleuyter Arena. In 2016 the name was changed to Versluys Dôme. In 2022, the name changed once again to COREtec Dôme.

In cooperation with Jezet Seating the COREtec Dôme has a seating capacity of 5,000 people for basketball games.

▪️Collège Amiot Bourg-en-Bresse - France ▪️

Located in Bourg-en-Bresse, the Carré Amiot program involved the creation of a conservatory in the heart of the city. With the aim of redeveloping the city center, the project has enabled the requalification of a vast space at the junction between the hyper-central town and the large square that regularly hosts the market.

The old building, dating back to 1881, was part of the Joseph-Maria Carriat donation, to which, in line with the recommendations of the ABF and architect Daniel Rubin of Canal Architecture, two blocks and a set of glass roofs were added. The architectural design features a play on materials, elegantly blending metal, glass, cladding and the stone and brick used in the past, with respect for the original building.

Designed for musical and theatrical performances, the buildings house 25 rooms with particularly careful acoustic treatment. For more regular use, the 184-seat auditorium is equipped with a full sound system, opening up the space to companies wishing to create events specific to their business.

We provided all the auditorium chairs.

▪️JCC New York - USA ▪️

Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan is located in the midst of one of the most dynamic cities in the world. We are taking about Amsterdam Avenue at 76th street in New York. This state-of-the-art building consists of 137,000-square-foot and counts 14 stories. Every year, JCC welcomes over 3,500 people and facilitates them with 400 different activities.

The building accommodates among others a health club, swimming pool, nursery school, auditorium, art studios, classrooms and art gallery. Another excellent addition to this venue is a theatre with a brand-new retractable seating system of 152 green and purple seats. A retractable seating system was chosen to create a multipurpose space. In this case, the hall could also be used for other purposes like a dance hall or other events.

The architect of the project, named Mitchell Kurtz, envisioned a hall with a lot of architectural details and the use of high-quality materials like maple wood and bamboo. In order to fit the retractable seating system into the setting of the theater hall, the same details and materials needed to be incorporated. After the formatting of about 70 plans, the final plan was selected. This plan incorporated Plyboo Bamboo Veneer on the side and front panels of the seating system. The maple wood on the other hand was used for all the handrails.

▪️Théâtre de la Ville Paris - France ▪️

After seven years of renovation work, the Théâtre de la Ville - Paris reopened on September 9, 2023. Inaugurated in 1862, this emblematic place on Place du Châtelet is now renamed “Sarah-Bernhardt theater”, and highlights a new theater with completely redesigned spaces.

The spaces of this emblematic theater on Place du Châtelet have been completely redesigned by architects Marie-Agnès Blond and Stéphane Roux: the rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility, two new staircases have been created, safety standards have been reviewed concerning the technical installations, while the acoustics and the stage are now better adapted to contemporary scenographies.

The project focused in particular on the restructuring of the reception hall, which has gained space, opens onto the square and reveals in height the concrete shell designed by the architects Perrottet and Fabre in the 1960s, as well as as the gold leaves of François Morellet. In this major renovation project, only the facade and the roofs, listed as Historic Monuments, have been preserved as they are.

We took care of 975 new seats.

▪️The Espace Jean Jaurès Tomblaine - France ▪️

The Espace Jean Jaurès is a place of resources for all inhabitants of Tomblaine. It is a former industrial requalified building where activities of all kinds take place from several sports to leisure and cultural activities.

The recently enlarged site also included the renovation of the Léo Ferré hall in which a new retractable seating system with double platforms was installed to accommodate the 520 spectators.

▪️Parc Chanot Marseille - France ▪️

Within the Palais des Evénements, this plenary is dedicated to major congresses and conventions. One half of the hall is equipped with a retractable seating system to accommodates events from 1600 to 3200 people. The other half of the available surface leaves the possibility to use it as reception, exhibition, or catering of the event.

The flexibility of this hall is created by an acoustical separation wall, removable retractable seating platforms and stackable seats. Because constricted height the system was conceived with double platforms to gain seating space. The retractable seating system is equipped with 1560 Flex seats. Extra seating capacity can be created by an additional 52 rollable seats of the same design and 1650 stackable loose seats with removable armrests.

▪️Les Écuries Charleroi - Belgium▪️

The Pôle des Savoirs Charleroi Dance includes a resource centre, spaces for conviviality, relaxation, reading, work as well as a multipurpose room where shows and various events, literary meetings, conferences... The place is dedicated to artistic creation with a business incubator for hosting cultural and creative companies and an exploration of possibilities where research and experimentation will be honored. By diversifying its role, Charleroi danse, the choreographic centre of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, presents itself as the only facility responding to the needs of dance today. Up-and-coming and established artists, from Belgium or elsewhere, from today’s generation or part of the history of dance. The institution’s activities are now focused entirely on developing dance in this particular region, with “sharing dance” as its driving force.

In this modern looking dance hub a retractable seating system with 364 Volta seats was installed with 26 additional seats on wheels in front of the system.

Through a friendly, face-to-face and human-scale show, the JTSE seeks more than ever to promote links between artistic and technical aspects. The "Journées Techniques du Spectacle et de l'Evénement" welcomes on 3,200 m² (Dock Pullman), national and international manufacturing companies in the fields of machinery, lighting, audio, staging, fabrics, stands, armchairs and bleachers, safety, training, as well as research and design offices.

▪️The Factory Manchester - England ▪️

Aviva Studios, home of Factory International, is a landmark new cultural space in the heart of Manchester, with grand plans to “reshape the city’s cultural output”, attract 850,000 visitors a year and bring in £1.1bn to the economy over a decade.

Designed by the world-famous Rotterdam-based practice OMA, the 7,000-capacity Aviva Studios can be found on the site of the old Granada TV studios, where it will host theatre, concerts and exhibitions from major national and international names. Promising “one of Europe’s most ambitious and adventurous year-round creative programmes”, the venue houses a vast, hangar-like space called the Warehouse which has a standing capacity of 5,000, plus a 1,600-seat theatre dubbed the Hall. Both are ultra-flexible, configurable spaces, and can be made to work together or separately, enabling artists to develop and create large-scale work of invention and ambition, of a kind not seen anywhere else in the world.

The venue recently opened its doors to audiences of the hugely successful Manchester International Festival 2023, and continues to welcome visitors for both the aforementioned Kusama exhibition and for Endless Summer, a series of free events and activities, from arts workshops to live gigs. That being said, the venue is still a little way off completion and will officially open in October.

We provided them all their seats, in total 1604. Seats on a retractable system, fixed seats on balcony, floor and orchestra seats.

▪️Charleroi Danse - Belgium▪️

Built in the mid-nineteenth century, the old Gräffe sugar refinery, with its brick walls and frame and cast iron, an important witness of the industrial architecture of the neighborhood instead of the Duchess of Brabant.

In 1979, all the buildings were converted into a place for cultural, seat of famous Plan K, which presented many theater and dance performances, concerts, films and exhibitions.

Renovated, The Refinery currently houses the Brussels branch of Charleroi danse, Choreographic Centre of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels.

In this modern looking dance hub a retractable seating system with 364 Volta seats was installed with 26 additional seats on wheels in front of the system.

▪️Leonardo Prima Cruiseship - Norway▪️

Welcome aboard Norwegian Prima from Norwegian Cruise Line, the first in a new class of ships designed to elevate every expectation. On board is a firstclass multifunctional venue that can transform from a three-story theatre with 672 seats to a spectacular Vegas-style night club.

To make this happen we installed a retractable seating system that can be used in several configurations, all within the strict constraints in weight distribution on the ship. The system and seats where all made with a high-end finish to match the luxurious interior of the Prima.

▪️Yamaava resort & Casino California - United States ▪️

Located just 60 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Yaamava' Resort & Casino has been one of the leading entertainment destinations in Southern California since 2005.

We installed high end seats of which 1810 fixed seats, 139 VIP seats on wheels and 967 loose seats, to match the luxurious character of the Casino. The dedicated seatmodels are SAM and S2 plus.
