Dance Tonic, Wednesday, 19h t/m 20h
Adult Dance class with a mix of styles.

We do a yoga inspired warming-up, then some modern, latin, jazz, and hiphop inspired choreographies 💃 This is a great way to exercise whilst having fun 😃
It is also a great way to meet new friends. The class is medium intensity. We do get our heartrates up. However, it is not one hour of only cardio.

The first lesson is for free, so come and try it out!!! Please bring a yoga mat if you can, it is not a must.

Lucinda Robertson is the instructor, and she is from South Africa. She speaks Dutch, Afrikaans, and English 🥰
