Behind the scenes, our team is working hard so we can soon communicate the final design to you!

There will be a mix of 42 houses, leased according to our Hejme concept.

Our future housing project 'Mench' is located in a beautiful neighbourhood with a rich history, only a stone's throw away from Schaerbeek station.
Numerous places of interest are just a few minutes' walk away, including Train World, the Belgian railway museum of the SNCB, located in and around Schaerbeek station!

Want to know something more about this future housing project?
Mench will consist of +/- 42 homes. It will be a mix of different typologies: smaller and larger apartments, but also duplexes, each with a private terrace. Some housing units will be intended for co-living.
All this will be built around a large, communal courtyard of no less than 2500m² - designed by a landscape architect.

Brand news: Mench stays MENCH

Do you know MENCH? It is the name of the old exploitation, a manufacturer of industrial washing machines. The name is well known in the neighborhood and has a good connotation by people, that’s why we'll keep the name Mench for our new housing project.

The standalone M is a contraction of the logo with its double line representing the architectural side.
