JALOUSY CHARTER

We want Jalousy to be a place of peace, discovery, expression and respect for all.
There are a few rules to go by :

Respect the people :
Respect everyone and their personal boundaries. Intoxication is not an excuse !

Respect the dancefloor :
The dance floor is sacred! It’s meant for dancing and connecting to the music, and nothing else.
Photos and the use of your smartphone flashlight are prohibited. The smoking area is the only place where smoking is allowed at Jalousy.

Respect the art of DJs :
Strictly no song requests.
The DJ booth is exclusively reserved for DJs.

Respect the vibe :
Let’s disconnect from the digital world: Turn off your phone and tune into the vibe of Jalousy.

If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe during the night, please approach a member of our staff. They are here to listen and assist you.

ALEXI’s TOP 3 COCKTAIL BARS IN PARIS

Our head mixologist, Alexis Mosselmans, recently visited Paris to explore the cocktail bars of the capital.

Here’s his top 3:

BAR NOUVEAU
A tiny bar in Paris with incredibly charming Art Nouveau decoration. It is spread across two levels, a ground floor and a -1. On the ground floor, you have access to a cocktail menu based on unprocessed products and alcohols. In the -1, it’s the same menu, but modified only with processed or homemade products! (Tips: you need a UV lamp to discover the Twists on the cocktails). What makes it incredible! We had a great connection with one of the owners who is also behind the bar, Hadrien Moudoulaud.

LE SYNDICAT
A speakeasy hidden behind billboards. Their specialty is that all spirits and other alcohols are French. The majority of products are homemade. They are highly creative and youthful. They have a second bar called « La Commune».

LITTLE RED DOOR
A must-visit in Paris. It’s a bar where techniques and innovations are pushed to the extreme. They are industry innovators in the cocktail scene. We met the Big Bosses who gave us a tour of their laboratory. They produce a lot themselves by distilling, macerating, or other methods. They even went as far as developing a vermouth!

It’s our homemade version of the classic Daiquiri. Tangy and refreshing, its beautiful yellow hue invites us to indulge in it with delight. It’s made with Havana 3Y Rum, homemade yellow lemon zest syrup, and a touch of Chartreuse. It’s our current favorite!
