After a successful summer last year.
We have received 2 reservations this year and have had certain enquires as well.

We are happy to be hosting our first ever Irish family (a warm welcome to the Murphy's) as well this season.

We are so pleased that our apartment that has been hosting families for the past 8 years for their holidays have been home to various nationalities and backgrounds and makes us the owners ever so proud that this apartment was particularly chosen by you.

A little belated but warm welcome back to Martin and his family who are returning to the apartment from last year.

Hope you have a splendid time this year as well.

We have had our first homestay for this season spent 9 nights at our place and have had a wonderful stay with us.

We have another 5 more Bookings to go with most of them back to back. Hopefull that we will manage it well.

We have had a strong intake of Bookings this Season leading to an almost houseful scenario this season.

The End of June is still available for the upcoming summer to anyone interested.

Otherwise, we are open to Bookings for next year's summer as well.

We have had a busy start to the New Year with 3 confirmed bookings for the upcoming season.

Our deepest apologies to our tenants for whom the apartment was not available for the dates requested. We are on a first come first serve basis.

We are deeply saddened with sorrow by the news of the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

Her Majesty lived a remarkable life of public service and had an extraordinary impact on countless people around the world.

Our thoughts and condolences are with the members of the Royal Family and the British public at this very difficult time.

May her soul Rest in Peace.

Barring a small repair delay...we seem to be doing well and have received another booking taking us into September.

Post the pandemic our peak of the season slots sold out completely for this season (2022) and this time mainly to returning tenants.

As we are stumbling back to normality.We should not forget the people who worked at crucial times to keep us safe and well during the pandemic.

As we are a U.K based host.

We would like to offer a 15% discount to all nhs.uk NHS Blood Donation Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Swansea NHS Friends NHS England and NHS Improvement Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust staff from the U.K and this offer is also extended to all uk based supermarket staff as they worked very hard to keep us safe and well and provide us with our food and necessities during trialing times.

We did not have any plans for renting out the property this season but a surprise booking led to 2 more and tenants have supported us this season.
Thanks to Mick Jarman and his support staff we could cater to 3 last minute bookings.

We are fully open for the next season and taking in bookings post the pandemic.

Things seemed to improve a bit on the travel front, had a sudden reservation come up.

Was glad to welcome a guest(Mark and family) after a span of almost 2 years.

Hopefully, better times to come.

After reviewing the situation and consulting with various sources we have decided based on an optimistic view to take in bookings and reservations for next summer season of 2022.

We are confident things will open up from next year making it convenient for travel and holidays. So onwards and upwards.

We have reviewed the situation with Covid-19 in general and the flights in particular,
and we think it is best to keep the apartment closed for reservations for this season as we feel that we are not fully out of the woods yet.

We deeply apologize to everyone who had been looking to
reserve for this season (especially our new tenants) and also people who have shown deep interest in the apartment.

We are confident that we will be in a position to take bookings in for next season 2022 from August/September 2021.

This is definitely disappointing news for many of our regulars however Health and Safety along with the travel convenience of our tenants are of paramount concern for us.

About a week ago, we had our last reservation for our holiday property canceled.

It was a hard choice to make but the convenience, safety, and health of our tenants and our staff should always be first.

In these tough times we are proud of the fact that we have respected individual preferences without any hesitations and supported our clients and well-wishers.

In a day and age of refund turmoil,
we have stood up to the highest values that customers come first come what may and have refunded all named deposits within a day's notice. Thus proving the fact that private landlords are flexible as well.

We still look to a bright future where holidaymakers would still prefer to use private and homestays like us for their vacations.

We would like to extend our support and prayers to all our tenants,onsite staff,neighbours and complex mangement during these trying and defficult times.

Please do drop us a note from time to time so that we be assured that you are doing safe and fine.

Our support and well wishes are with you always.

Unfortunately for safety reasons, looking at the airline situations and the lock down extended in Bulgaria,we have had to take the disappointing and difficult decision to cancel reservations and bookings made with us or the months of May and June.

Alternative bookings are avaialble to all tenants who would like to move their reservations to next years season or would like to move it to later this year(depending on availability) most welcome.

I am sure this is not good news but the health and safety of our tenants and our on ground staff should come first.

I am sure we are having sunny days ahead.Bookings are ongoing for a Sunny Beach holiday for next year.

We have a had a good season this year.The apartment has hosted tenants and holiday makers right from early May till late October.

We have been up and running for the past 3 years and the support and encouragement from you all have been very positive.We are very proud to be a holiday accommodation provider for young families and have had a very good safety record.

We would like to thank all our tenants for having faith and confidence in our apartment and sharing their experience with us.

Almost all of them reviewed us very highly which only encourages us to do better.

Yesterday a guest who was enquiring suddenly turned up without any confirmation was really shocked....

We manged to turn things around at the last minute and my property manager of Lion property services was a real saviour and jumped in at the last minute to check in and accomodate this lady and child for their holidays with us.

I am sure the apartment looked like a distant dream to them but thank to Mick my main man it became a splendid reality.

Hoping for another satisfied customer at B44....
