It is the only festival fully devoted to help young filmmakers to reach their audience. Early Bird International Student Film Festival was created by the American foundation for Bulgaria in 2005. Andrés Guillermo Barreto began his university studies at the age of 18 at the Andrés Bello Catholic University, Venezuela. There he studied Social Communication for five years, was part of his school's student center as Communications Coordinator and obtained recognition for academic excellence in his last semester, in 2023. He is the director and screenwriter of an audiovisual production company and his most recent work entitled THE PSYCHOLOGIST stands out.
