NIKKEN's new and exclusive Rotary tables, the CNC260P and CNC302P, are the latest in a range of innovative solutions launched this year.

Our range of "Plus" solutions offers a new internal design taking complete advantage of standard pneumatic supplies and generating
an incredible clamping torque of at least 1430Nm, 2.4 x more powerful than the original CNC260/CNC302.

The ability to achieve such a high clamping torque from pneumatics only negates the need for an additional hydraulic power pack eliminating harmful oils from the production environment and significantly reducing the investment costs.

As part of our commitment to reduce our footprint and increase sustainability, NIKKEN HQ, based in Osaka, has installed rooftop solar panels compensating for 20% of the total energy used by our factories. Not only does this aid in reducing greenhouses gases, but it also reduces our CO2 emissions by a further 20%.

Alongside utilising solar panels, we've also installed electric vehicle charging points at our NIKKEN Innovation centre to help reduce our carbon footprint even further.
