Personally, I am a control- freak. Yep..that’s males for you…lol But the wife is one too. Here lies our biggest problem when it comes to healing and detoxification of the body. YOU ARE NOT IN CHARGE! Sorry for shouting, but you have to understand that sitting on a toilet with uncontrollable bowel movements is not a good clean out!! Nope..it is stupidity and plus it is really dangerous to your health. Think about for a second you or a family member had fish or conch poisoning. What was that like? Waking up yet? My wife likes to say she can read my mind. This is confusing since she's always asking me if I lost it. Growing bananas is one of my many hobbies. Decades ago, I saw how bananas were being grown, and from that day, I never ate another store bought banana. Bananas are the fourth largest food source grown and sold in the world. Unfortunately, safety is not a priority when it comes to our foods. Personally, I love banana bread and pancakes. The wife and kids love smoothies. This variety has many names, but we call it purple, lol. She has seeds, the texture is beautiful, and the taste is exquisite. The downside is she loves to grow tall…very tall. Luckily, one fell over, but the other one is about fifteen feet high. This variety starts out purple and goes thru about four different colors before ripening. And it is then that she is cut down and hung upside down to ripen further. Growing this variety is a little work and a bit of time, but she sure is worth it!! My health and that of my family are worth it!!💚

Me, my wife and kids all planted a few mammoth sunflower seeds in late February, and this is the last of them. She decided to grow a little over eleven feet tall. Before you say what you are thinking, please pause for a minute and let me tell you what we did. We placed this plant in full sun. we gave her only water from the earth, and a handful of compost, and we told all of them that they were beautiful and encouraged them to be great. I wish you could feel what I feel. Your life should not be one of disease and sickness!! It should be about nurturing yourself and your body with what is good…growing every day while getting stronger and more beautiful. You also have to surround yourself with great people, feed the soul, spirit, and mind. Find someone to hold you that only speak with their eyes. It takes effort , but it’s worth it!!!
