Dr Leon Dupuch was born in the Bahamas. He attended St. Augustine’s College in Nassau Bahamas, after which he continued his education at St. John’s University in Minnesota, USA, where he studied Pre-Med and received a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc.).

Dr Dupuch then went to Medical School at the University of the West Indies where he attained the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.,B.S.) degree. After completing his internship in Nassau, he went to England to specialize and became a qualified Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology before returning to the Bahamas as a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists with the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).

He is presently a Consultant at Princess Margaret Hospital, a member of the General Medical Council in the UK, a member of the Bahamian Medical Council and a member of the Medical Association of the Bahamas. Among his many other qualifications and Specialist interests he holds The Diploma of Family Planning, is a certified colposcopist and has the RCOG/RCR Diploma in Advanced Obstetric Ultrasound.

Dr Dupuch is also holds a certificate in aesthetic medicine providing additional services to women including cosmetic gynaecology, Botox, fillers, etc.

Dr Leon Dupuch was elevated to a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians in Gynaecologists (FRCOG) in 2017.
