When one of my Jamaican Airbnb guests comes in he always requests that I make these Jamaican fried dumplings.

They are a quick fried dough that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, rip it open and spread a bit of butter or honey or jam for a delicious breakfast treat.

I typically pair this with a Bahamian stew fish and it’s always a treat.

This charcuterie board reminds me of myriads of parts that’s made my year so fantastic! The challenges that I failed and the ones I’ve championed have all made this year one for the books. The new experiences that I may not have had time to plan for but still took on have literally changed my life unexpectedly.
