Ooooh you better believe it. People talk about looking their best for a specific event, but it should be for after that event too. You’ll be at your best at the event as long as you’ve started some health routine. Your diet, workouts and sleep all counts. I usually workout 4-5x per week at 45 min- 1 hour. I got things to do. So I don’t have time for more. You should aim for 150 min. Per week. Anything more is bonus. Sleep is 6-8 hours per night. Prioritize veggies and protein. Eat some fiber. Stay hydrated with water.
