Celebrating 15 Years of Impactful Service in Community Corrections, Training, and Human Services across The Bahamas, the Caribbean, and the United States - September 7, 2024
A Monumental Milestone: The National LEAD Institute Celebrates 15 Years of Vision, Impact, and Global Recognition
As I proudly mark 15 years as the Founding President and CEO of The National LEAD Institute, a beacon of hope in Community Corrections, Training, and Human Services, my heart overflows with profound gratitude. I am deeply thankful to God and to every individual, partner, and supporter who has journeyed with me in this mission to transform lives and uplift communities. Together, we have achieved international status, demonstrating the significant impact of our work.
Today, I am thrilled to share a groundbreaking development. The National LEAD Institute is one step closer to obtaining Observer Status with the United Nations, a monumental achievement for a non-profit organization from a developing nation like ours. This recognition is a testament to the impact and integrity of the work we’ve been dedicated to for over a decade.
This historic milestone fulfills a prophetic word spoken over my life by the late Dr. Myles Munroe on September 7, 2009—a word that has guided our mission and continues to shape our purpose. Today, I am honored to announce that our application to observe the Twelfth Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime has been officially approved. This prestigious event will take place in person from October 14 to 18, 2024, at the Vienna International Centre, Austria.
Our acceptance into this conference marks a pivotal moment for The National LEAD Institute as we take our place on the global stage, representing our commitment to addressing critical issues of transnational organized crime and community rehabilitation. We are assembling a dedicated team of professionals in drug demand reduction, prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation of the at-risk and offender demographics to travel to Vienna and proudly represent our organization and the broader vision of transformation for the marginalized, the forgotten, and the underserved.
This achievement is not just a victory for The National LEAD Institute—it is a beacon of hope and possibility for non-profits everywhere, especially those in developing nations. It signals that even the most minor organizations can have a global impact with unwavering faith, dedication, and the proper support.
To everyone who has believed in and supported our work: This is your victory, too. Your belief and support have been integral to our success. The journey is far from over, but this milestone propels us into a future of even greater possibilities.
We move forward in faith, knowing that our mission to transform lives is only beginning. Our commitment to this mission is unwavering, and we are confident in the future that lies ahead.
With all my gratitude and deepest thanks,
Troy E. Clarke I

Testimony: Fifteen years ago, Dr. Myles Munroe prophesied over my life. Today, in 2024, that prophecy is my reality. From the inner city of Nassau, raised by a single mother, I’ve risen to step out into the world and make a difference. A poor black boy turned world-changer—this is the work of God alone. Look at what He has done.

Building a Supportive Brotherhood
Good morning, my dear friend. Today, I want to speak to my fellow brothers and sisters who have brothers as family members, friends, significant others, spouses, or associates.
In previous messages, I shared about my “Chain Breaking” experiences, and now I feel a deep burden to help as many men as possible with the time I have left on this earth. My life mantra is, “All men fall, but the great ones get back up. You do not drown by falling into the water but by staying there. You do not decide your future; you decide your habits, and your habits decide your future.”
Many men suffer and are hurt in silence. Our health and stability depend on supporting one another, becoming accountable to nonjudgmental, objective brothers, and being guided by God's wisdom. We can confess our wrongs, reestablish our faith, and prioritize God.
I am passionate about creating a safe space where men can heal, grounded in God's word and supported by therapy and counseling principles. Remember, if we want to go fast, we can go alone, but if we want to go far, we must go together.
On this beautiful Tuesday, if you are a brother seeking support or a sister who knows a brother who could benefit from this support group, please get in touch with me at (242) 423-4527 or email me at [email protected]. Let’s work together to grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.
Have a blessed day!
Warm regards,
Troy E. Clarke I, ICAP Tx I

🙏🏾A Prophetic Revelation🙏🏾
Overcoming Life's Success Blockers
On this pivotal 'hump day,' I invite you to embark on a journey of spiritual enlightenment. Despite our fervent prayers, unwavering faith, and faithful tithing, have you felt a persistent barrier hindering the manifestation of God's blessings in your life? Today, my dear friend, let us unveil the seven formidable blockers that impede the flow of divine favor and breakthroughs in our lives.
Scripture reveals that unforgiveness is a cancer in our souls, obstructing the path to restoration and reconciliation. Pride, the antithesis of humility, erects a barrier between us and God's abundant grace. Disobedience to His divine principles and righteousness acts as a defiant wall, separating us from the answers to our prayers.
We cannot selectively obey God's commands, cherry-picking those that suit our desires while neglecting others. Unbelief, the adversary of faith, shackles us in doubt, closing our eyes to God's limitless power. Fear paralyzes us when not rooted in His love and stifles our ability to step into our God-given destiny.
Laziness, a silent assassin of progress, lulls us into complacency, rendering our prayers ineffective. Faith without corresponding action is barren. Finally, the lack of generosity constricts blessings flow, causing our provisions to dwindle.
As we traverse this 'Hump Day,' let us heed this divine revelation: unforgiveness, pride, disobedience, unbelief, fear, laziness, and lack of generosity are formidable adversaries to our spiritual and life success. Let us purge our lives of these hindrances and usher in the abundance of God's blessings.
May today mark the dawn of a new era, where the shackles of these blockers are shattered, and the glory of God's favor shines brightly upon us. Embrace the spirit of liberation and watch as the destiny of 2024 unfolds in divine splendor.
With fervent prayers for your breakthrough,
Warm Regards,
Troy E. Clarke I, ICAP Tx I
