What takes your asana practice to completely different level?
1.Breath work
When you brings your body's movement in line with your breathing and in harmony with it, your awareness level raises immensely.

2 Dristhi (gaze)
Applying proper gaze at certain poses increases your level of focus and prepares you for bodily awareness and focus letting go into deeper into the practice physically and mentally, extenaly and internally.

3 Proper training phylosophy
You training phylosophy is the idea you have of the practice that you put you body through everyday. It means that you should have proper and reasonable ideas of every practice that you do and you idea of going dapper into every practice that you do.

We took this opportunity to share the importance of generating awareness in our bodies, minds, and the surroundings we live in and how our bodies are interconnected.
