Key Responsibilities
1. Accurate and up to date accounting records.
2. Customer satisfaction
3. Accurate and up to date reconciliation.
4. Achievement of set targets (minimisation of debtors).
5. Adherence to accounting time tables and schedules

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Preparation of periodic bank reconciliation statements for all company bank accounts (weekly, monthly and adhoc as per management requests)
2. Daily capturing of all loan book and operational expenses in a manner that enables external accountants to prepare monthly Management Accounts.
3. Keeping track of and reconciliation of the customer accounts (loan book)
4. Developing monthly cashflow projections of revenue & expenses to enable Management to make informed decisions.
5. Maintenance of all files and ensuring that all transactions are properly captured and that there is sufficient paper and audit trail for all transactions. Pay all Tax Levies etc

• Interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Procedural awareness and understanding
Key Requirements for this Role
• AAT – OR Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies
• 2 Years’ experience in similar role or above
• Driver’s License with 2 years’ experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Applications - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office etc.
