Manual Workers Union National Youth Committee donates over 600 packets of Sanitary Pads to Gowa CJSS, Xakao Primary School, Sekondomboro Primary School, Ngarange Primary, Mogotlho Primary School, Mokgacha Primary School, Ngambao CJSS, Gunotsoga Primary, Beetsha Primary School and Gudigwa Primary School in the Okavango region. This is in line and part of their Corporate Social Responsibility mandated upon the committee for the year 2024.

MANUAL WORKERS UNION CONDOLENCE MESSAGE-MAMATLAKALA BUS TRAGEDY

The National Amalgamated Local, Central Government & Parastatal Workers Union wishes to convey heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims of the fatal bus accident that occurred at Mamatlakala in Limpopo Province, South Africa on Thursday 28th March 2024.

Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with the families and the rest of the nation of Botswana during this hard time of sorrow and grief. We would also like to extend our sincere condolences and prayers to the general membership and leadership of St. Engenas Zion Christian Church and encourage them to stand firm on their faith and trust in the Lord.

Furthermore the Union would like to appreciate and applaud the necessary efforts demonstrated by both governments of Botswana and South Africa in response to the tragedy that occurred.

May the souls of the victims find eternal peace and rest.
