Letlole La Rona Limited staff had their annual wellness day. This year's theme was Balance in Bloom which emphasises having a balance in all aspects of one's life. LLR staff wore green 💚 caps as the colour green is associated with health and wellness.
It was an eventful day with presentations on Diet and Nutrition and stress management interventions in the workplace. In addition staff participated in an aerobics session and got pampered to relaxing massages.
