Duties

Reporting to the Farm Manager, this full-time position involves coordinating and executing the various tasks necessary to produce and deliver high quality crops to market, including but not limited to:
planting, pruning, thinning, spraying, irrigation, harvesting, packaging.

Description:

* Preparation of soil.
* Seed selection and sowing.
* Manuring, irrigation and weeding.
* Protection from pests and diseases.
* Harvesting.
* Storage.

Qualifications

Knowledge on the principles of soil preparation and cultivation, disease control, and machinery maintenance, as well as have a mastery of business practices and record keeping.
