Specifics:
Rent is 21.50$/hour + GST all incl. (no hidden fees for POS or bank charges).

We are built more as a cooperative with the goal of sharing expenses, equipment & rooms.
Compensation (pay) is every 2 weeks & rent is due 5 business days after the end of the month.
We understand people get sick or burnt out and we have a sick day policy to adjust rent.

4.00$/15 min block (16.00$/hour).

* Full Admin Care:
- We take care of all the AR including direct insurance billing & no show charges.
- ICBC claim tracking.
- Submitting ICBC extension requests from the Jane chart templates we designed for our therapists & we track end dates for you.
- We pay our practitioners up front & clinic waits on insurance.
- We make sure Health Histories are completed before patient arrives & handle the ones that don’t.
- Laundry is taking care of by Admin.
- Most cleaning incl. sweeping, moping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, bathrooms, sinks… (you are responsible for room change over, keeping the room tidy & clean up after yourself in the kitchen & practitioner area)

Independent Contractor position. **Must be a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTBC or CMTO.

Relocation Bonus of 4,000.00$: 2,000.00 with 1st paycheck & 2,000 after probationary period. With minimum 15 hours per week.

We are a rental base with 15 minute blocks & you only pay for the time scheduled. No monthly or daily flat rate, so pay for only the time worked. This allows our practitioners to have the freedom of creating a schedule that works for them including vacations, but keeps them within the profit margins of renting. New Grads welcome, we know it can be scary to do a rental so please talk to us about how we can help you. We also provide all the electric tables, table warmers, pillows, linens, laundry, lotion/gel, cleaning supplies & Jane App. Our practitioners profits are comparable to an 84/16 split with very little expenses besides insurance, licenses & continuing education.

Our 7 RMTs are booked months in advance & we would like to have a few more RMTs to meet the growing patient demand. We are ideal for the RMT that wants to leave admin to someone else while maintaining the freedom & profit margins of an independent contractor.
