Our senior drafter Elena has been busy designing and building her own home. It has been a very fun experience for her and her husband and is coming along great. We are very excited to see the final product.

The Department of Labour had a feeling a man who owned a small construction company was not paying fair wages to his employees, so they sent an agent to interview him.
"List all your employees and tell me how much you pay them," said the agent when they met.
"All right", said the owner, "I have my main guy who has been with me for ten years. I pay him $1000.00 a week and a company truck. I have a helper who I pay $720 a week and I provide the tools. I have a book keeper who is part time and she gets $20 per hour and benefits."
"Anybody else?" asked the agent.
"Yeah" the owner said. "This guy is none too bright. Works eighteen hours a day. I pay him ten dollars a week and some coffee to start each morning."
Aha!" the agent exclaimed. " I want to talk to that guy!"

"Speaking," said the owner.
