Loved each and everything but apart from food their thought of adding a kids bamboo fibre plate with favourite kids cutlery was amazing idea.When out with kids these little things are of tremendous help to keep kids excited.
We tried -
Cheese balls
Golden fried chicken-signature dish
Malla chicken- super hot.
The radish salad on the side is a must try.

Recently made Indian street style breakfast- A Typical North Indian Breakfast for one if the food orders❤️
-Aloo tamatar ki sabzi and pooris
INGREDIENTS-
Aloo - 4 boiled, peeled and roughly smashed
Tomatoes-3no and roughly chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
Green chillies-2nos
Hing- 1tsp
Jeera-1tsp
Ginger grated- 1/2tsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1tbsp
Kasoori methi- handful
Salt to taste
Mustard oil or refined oil.
METHOD- heat oil and add hing then jeera and ginger garlic paste.
Saute for 2min.
Add tomatoes, green chillies and saute for 7-8 min.Now add all spices except kasoori methi and mix. Wait till oil starts shinning on sides of the pan. Add smashed potatoes and 2-3 glasses of water. Check the salt and finally some crushed kasoori methi, grated ginger.Close the lid and cook for 10-15 min.
Serve hot with pooris.

I still make this breakfast just to cherish our old memories when we had nothing and today when we are in familyhood with kids❤️🙏.

Egg and Avocado sandwich
Hubby’s favourite😀.I am avocado intolerant, so I make it just with eggs for myself🙈
Easy method for this sandwich-🥪
•Take Bread slices of ur choice.
Here we have used whole wheat slices.🍞
•Toast for 20sec.
•Spread greek yoghurt.Cream cheese is also an option.
•Make egg fry🍳cooked from both the sides and add it to your sandwich.We don’t like it runny.You can go ahead if u want.
•On top add 1/4 ripe avocado 🥑slices and complete this sandwich with some salt and pepper if needed.🧂
•I have added lil drops of Tabasco🌶 for some heat🔥.
• Enjoy it as open sandwich or add another bread slice on top for a close sandwich.
Ready to eat😍.

For Sabzi-
Potatoes-3 to 4no (peeled and cut into dices)
Green Peas- fresh or frozen
Green chillies - 2 Chopped
Cumin seeds (jeera)- 1tsp
Asafoetida (hing) - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric-3/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil- around 3-4 tbsp
Method-
In an iron skillet or indian iron wok ( kadhai) add mustard oil and heat it till it smokes.
Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies.
Add potatoes , peas and all other spices. Toss them on high heat.Cover the lid and cook for 5-7 min on low heat with occasional mixing.
Check the potatoes if they are cooked and peas too. Cook for few more minutes if they are not.
Open the lid and cook for 3-4mins on medium heat for roasting.stir after every 1min.Do not burn.
Once the potatoes are little crisp , have browning and everything is cooked- it’s done.
Serve it with poori or parathas.

Special Halloween lunch box idea.Could’t do much so had this cupcake decoration kit and used it to decorate their egg sandwich.
These decors are held in place with little Nutella ( my kids love it). One can use mayonnaise or ranch or anything.
It would go best with dessert/sweet sandwiches too.
Kids had lil fun in the school as this food art wowed their entire class😀.
