HOW IT WORKS:

Calling all bakers! This is your chance to showcase your baking abilities to our panel of judges. Plus, it’s the perfect excuse to sharpen your strawberry pie baking skills. Bake your pie and bring it down to the market, ready to serve it!

Important Info for Bakers:

The event will be held at our Corn & Peach Festival on August 18 at 2pm.

Registration cut off is Friday, Aug 9 at 4pm!

Check-In On The Day Of: Please check-in to the competition between 1:30pm to 2:00pm. CHECK-IN WILL END AT 2:00PM SHARP.

WINNERS!
For every pie a judge tries, they will fill in a rubric. Once all the pie is gone, these will be handed in and counted, and winner determined and awarded THE GRAND PRIZE!

We are getting closer to our favorite event of the summer, mark your calendars!

We'll be firing up the BBQ with housemade corn dogs, Mexican street corn, roasted corn, kids hot dogs, burgers, and our black bean burger (we'll have gluten-free options too)!

FREE ACTIVITIES
We'll also have live music, and free fun for kids like face painting, a bouncy castle, carnival games, and an inflatable corn maze.

CANNING DEMO
Stop by for our canning demo on Saturday morning at 11am! Charlotte Lepp and Angela Boon will be giving out all their favourite canning tips.

The Ranch 🐮

Our animals are all raised at Hat Creek Land and Cattle Company in a lush, fertile valley near Cache Creek (only 4 hours away from the market). The Black Angus Triple A cattle roam freely over thousands of acres of ranch and crown land and are finished on a diet of hay, silage and barley in Ashcroft, where they enjoy spacious and dry conditions.
