What a night! We’ve got our last group of guests for the evening just starting to spread out through the neighbourhood.

The Mt Lehman Christmas Home Tour could not have happened without so many people who are not listed above. Thank you to so many friends, new and old who have helped in massive ways to make this event happen!
Music, organization, decorating, donating, volunteering, photography and more!

At the beginning of planning this tour in June we said to each other, the only way we can do this is if God brings people to help. He provided an incredible team!

We realize many of you are working during the day on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd so we've opened up 2 more time slots: 3pm & 5pm.
These will be quicker check in and will allow more time to finish the tour before home owners need to close up for the night.

What you need to know before you arrive!

Tickets:
please purchase your ticket online. We could be sold out and we don’t want you to drive all they way to us and not be able to go on the tour

PARKING AND CHECK IN
Parking and check in is at Tuscan Farm Gardens (6834 Mt Lehman Road)
Show digital or printed tickets and receive a wristband to show at the door of each home

SHOES AND COATS:
No shoes inside the homes, Bring a tote bag for your shoes. You cannot carry them in your hands.
If you do not bring your own tote bag you must purchase one when you check in

TRANSPORTATION
This is primarily a walking tour - you will not be able to drive your own vehicle to each home.
Bring weather appropriate clothing and shoes
Shuttle vans are available between homes for those who cannot walk or prefer not to

WASHROOMS
Washrooms at Tuscan Farm Gardens shop and Heronsbridge Coach House
Please do not use the washrooms inside the homes

PHOTOGRAPHY
No photography is allowed inside the homes but there are lots of outdoor photo opportunities

GIVING TREE
You will have an opportunity to buy gifts of rescue from the giving tree to fund IJM’s rescue operations. Gifts from $10 to $2000 available!
Purchase a gift of rescue with friends and family in lieu of a group gift exchange


CHRISTMAS CAFÉ AND MARKET (at Tuscan Farm Gardens) open 12 - 9 pm

This film really featured the spots in the neighbourhood from Tuscan Farm Gardens to Heronsbridge.
There is a beautiful scene where Jordin Sparks (Lou) sings Oh Holy Night with the grand piano. It’s always fun when live music comes into these movies!
 
Hallmark loves a good establishing house shot. Once you look for it, they’re everywhere. Heronsbridge is sporting some REMARKABLE reindeer if you look closely!

We loved this movie! It used Tuscan Farm gardens and Heronbridge and even featured the forest walk which is a hike in the movie ending with a beautiful view. You’ll have to come and see the “view” – which isn’t quite as nice as the movie makes it – for yourself. This heartwarming film has all the loveable characteristics of a Hallmark with even more heart and meaning.

The Christmas lights are popping up all over this Mt Lehman neighbourhood. This home in particular is doing a child-like wonder theme and it starts right on their driveway!

Our Italiano Christmas Memories

The Colucci siblings, in an effort to jog the memory of their grandfather who is struggling with dementia, set out to recreate their late grandmother's legendary pasta sauce.

Starring: Sarah Power and Beau Bridges

Most of this movie was filmed at Heronsbridge. Hallmark used the extended dinning room table where the Heronsbridge 20 person extended family uses in the winter.

Beau had a great chat with the tenants of Heronsbridge. He’s a lovely man. Which comes through in this movie!

To make the 100th anniversary of her hometown's Victorian festival a success, Cassie invites action movie star and former high school classmate Jake to play in "A Christmas Carol."

Using mainly the Heronsbridge library this film was fun and care free retelling the classic Christmas tale.

All we want for Christmas this year is for children and families to be rescued from human trafficking. As we are running around trying to sort out what is going where and what house is doing a specific style, we often turn to each other and say “it’s for the children”. The children caught in slavery.

We want to be part of rescuing THOSE children.

The ticket sales and ALL the money throughout this Christmas experience goes directly to and we couldn’t be more excited to open our homes and neighbourhood during this busy season for an incredible cause.

The Heronsbridge garden house has been in 2 films. For the tour it is being transformed into the Candy Cottage, decked out in lights and with more candy than you can eat with 100% of the proceeds going to IJM!

Throwback Thursday to the first tour in 2019. This is the main home of . Four boys, many cats, chickens and husband and wife team J&J.
Jodi brought the gardens inside and it was so beautiful! The theme is the same for this coming tour but the outcome is already different with added items and new style.

Christmas is a busy time for this family with music concerts and normal school fun but the boys in this house ages 15, 13, 11 and 9 are all in!

With each Hallmark movie, it is always inspiring to see how they use the space. For Tuscan Farm Gardens they redecorated the master bedroom and made it so beautiful with the roses in the garlands.

More than 400 tickets sold so far! We are so grateful we can be part of rescuing people from human trafficking all while anticipating a beautiful and fun Christmas event!

We've got a few offices and businesses interested in coming for their Christmas party. So if you think your work would be interested in doing something different for their event spread the word!
What it could look like: wander the 7 homes, the Lego train room, and eat some sweets at the Candy Cottage. Then gather as a staff for as long as you like in the Christmas Cafe enjoying hot Christmas drinks and fresh baking. With 100% of the proceeds going to International Justice Mission it would be a different staff Christmas experience.

How it started. Attending the Liberate International Justice Mission gathering was incredible. Part of the this incredible conference was challenging attendees to raise awareness of human trafficking, to “end slavery in our life time”.

And so, three sisters and their mom began to plan, organize, and decorate, not sure who would come ot our family-style Christmas home tour. We thought if Hallmark Christmas films liked our houses, maybe someone else would like them too!
