Brand new Tacoma in for its first stage in life . Jba ucas , 6112 front with a needle bearing delete , durobumps , rear allpro standards , bilstiens , brake lines and durobumps rear , some 285/70/17 Baja boss Mickey Thompson AT’s with bead grip methods a BCC CMC to clear and some of our Box brace stiffeners and a in house Alignment .

1st stage of this Gladiators life throw some better suspension at it ! Metalcloak makes some great kits for these rigs allows you to dial in much needed caster for drive ability . Next we ditched the stock front drive shaft with a Yukon gear and axle front HD shaft , some Baja Boss tires as this rig sees some real winters and a set of bronze methods .

Fresh 3rd gen Tacoma build ! Has our BCC front plate bumper and dual swing full wrap bumper and shock guards , complete coilovers and rear 2.5 body shocks , front and rear to cushion those top outs , rear progressive springs , ucas , bead grip wheels , Baja boss tires , winch can’t wait to see some action pics !

First stage of this FJ build, it
looked decent from afar but needed allot of rust repair!
We helped the customer chose a few components to
bring it back to life. First step was having the chassis
laser cleaned.
Then we did our cab-mount relocation kit on it added
cam tab gussets, our knuckle & strut tower gussets.
We then epoxy primed & painted the chassis, and
began reassembly of a complete Total chaos long
travel kit with king coilovers, RCV axles, Yukon gear
and axle f/r ring and pinions with master install kits, f/r
ARB's, Twin arb compressor with First stage of this FJ
build it looked decent from afar but needed allot of rust
repair! As we stripped it down anything we touched fell
apart, snapped, or stripped so it was a choir every
step of the way. We chose a few components to bring
it back to life and what the customer wanted . First step
was having the chassis laser cleaned after we
scrapped the scale and wire wheeled it down, then we
did our cab mount relocation kit on it , added cam tab
gussets , our knuckle and strut tower gussets. We then
epoxy primed and painted the chassis and started
reassembly of a complete Total chaos long travel kit
with king coilovers , CV axles, Yukon gear and axle f/r
ring and pinions with master install kits , f/r ARB's, Twin
arb compressor with manifold and pump up kit. Rear
matched 3rd, Toytec coils, Metal cloak complete rear
link kit, Radflo rear extended travel rear shocks, All pro
brake lines. We then fully rebuilt all the brakes,
drivelines, wheel bearings, battery system upgraded to
switch pro. FJ's are not the most popular for us, and we
had a couple coming through at once so we decided to
do the R&D and build a BCC front and rear dual swing,
skids and sliders so we are all jigged up in-house
Lights and Warn winch to finish it off for now.

Cleaned up a f150 this week with a 6” BDS coilover kit , some 705 Titanium methods , 35” Baja Boss A/ts , Sct tuner and amp power steps . Brought some life back into her .
