Starting on some dog Christmas Ornaments!

Last week when I was at the festival in Harrison, a stranger sketched my booth and sent me a copy. I had no idea she was doing this. Thank you so much Catherine Kelly.

Back at Harrison this Saturday and Sunday. I'm not participating today, I'm going to spend the day here with Bella and enjoy the beauty of this special place.

My car is loaded with glass for Harrison. I really didn't think I could get that much into my small car. I hope to see some of you there! It's going to be a beautiful weekend.

Strawberry Bliss

Another load of dragonfly in the meadow sun catchers going in. So much fun!

The butterflies and dragonflies came out well, the flower sun catcher needs another fuse.

Flowers and bugs going into the kiln. Can't wait to see how the dichroic dragonflies turn out.

I'm back from my adventures and getting ready to conduct classes. If you're interested, please let me know if it's a beginner's class or a specific project that catches your eye.

Of course there were issues with this firing. The kiln malfunctioned during the firing, but I was able to refire these pieces. I'm thinking of drilling the heart and turning it into a sun catcher.

Getting in the spring mood. Projects with freeze n fuse and murrini. So much fun! Fingers crossed that they fuse properly. This is 4 layers. (This is my spin of Tabitha's projects).

I love this new technique! These need to be fire polished. I thought I'd take a photo beforehand, just in case the kiln gods are not kind.....

Finally back at doing glass. Love making these 'ugly sweaters'! Before and after firing in kiln pictures.

3 weeks in Iceland!

Went to the Las Vegas glass show with a former student, now good friend and then headed to Sedona, Arizona. Great times!

Who's a happy fuser? Woo hoo! Now the hard part, drilling it.
