Well, i figured that since it looks like i am getting a few follows and likes on here, I should do an introduction.

My name is Jimi Meier, and I live in Abbotsford, BC. I live on our dairy farm with my husband, Tony…4 kids Nicki (Evan), Joey (Emma), Ryan (Sofia) and Kaycee. All of our kids and spouses live and work on the farm.
We also have a ranch up north in Louis Creek, where we are busy making hay for the farm. We love both places and are so fortunate with the life we have been given.
Kaycee is my last little in school, grade 11. So now it seems i have somehow found some time to follow some of my “silly little hobbies”.
I started last year when i received 12 chairs from a care home. I wanted to be creative, so i painted and cushioned the chairs, each one different. To my surprise, people liked them! And bought them! And…I liked it! Haha
I decided to keep going and it started going well.
It has now evolved into refurbishing furniture (I’m still no professional!!!) but it’s working.
I also have taken many pictures of our farm and ranch. It is our life and we love it. I then decided to see about making and selling cards. Now I sell them at Simply Perfect Flowers Inc. here in Abbotsford, i sell cards and refinished furniture at up in Barriere, and as of today…I am also selling my cards at Homemade Community Shoppe behind District 1881 downtown Chilliwack. (**Their Grand Opening is today!!**).
I have been trying some other ideas as well, if you look through my fb and Insta pages you will see many of my items.
I have items i sell, as well as I can custom make for you too.

Hello everyone! Hope you all are able to stay a bit cool in this heat we have been having!
I just wanted to share some exciting news.
I may have mentioned before that I now have my cards in Abbotsford at Simply Perfect Flowers Inc.
Also, I now have some furniture items and my cards in Louis Creek at The Local at Louis Creek Artisan Market.

I have a strong pull to my heritage, and often miss the days of growing up in my Grandads ranch in Southern California.
Over the years, I have collected small pieces of wood, nails, pottery, rocks and any small reminance of anything I could find from our past, when I would go visit his old abandoned ranch house.
I have a small family on the McCain side. My mom, my aunt, brother, sister and two cousins. So I made us each a bit of history with all of my findings.

I had fun creating this gift for my niece made from a half of a hard shell guitar case…and she loved it!!
Now to get started on the other half!! Stay tuned!

Thank you to each of you that came by this weekend to say hello at The Muse Market. I am still trying to find my way into the market scene, but I can say it has been very welcoming.
I did have a first though! I actually had people come up to me and say “I have been following you!! I was hoping to meet you. I love your work!” To hear that from quite a few people was something I did not expect!
But it told me that I am doing something right. So I will keep pushing along. I started Rustic Revival and doing markets in hopes to just get my name out there and known. This is why I continue to ask you all to Like, Follow, and Share my page. It really means a lot when you do!
I haven’t committed to any markets until October & November. Maybe I will do some last minute opportunities if they become available.
Until then, I am still selling from my Facebook & Instagram pages.

The Mango Market: Celebrating Mom!

Well, the time has come, my first market for Rustic Revival is tomorrow! I feel ready, organized, and excited! I thought I would show you my “organized chaos”…😂
In all seriousness, i think I have almost completed my to-do list. While things look scattered throughout my house, I am just waiting to load things up in the trailer.
Be sure to stop by and say hello tomorrow. If I look frazzled, I might need a coffee…STAT!
I will have my refurbished furniture: dressers, chairs, benches, tables and shelves. As well as jewelry boxes, jewelry display boards, and various wooden boxes.
I will also have all of my cards set up for you. Last but not least, I my rope baskets and planters!!

Good morning! Just thought I would share a few items i am working on.
