Now is the time to lime your lawn.
Lawn lime is a soil amendment, which is something you add to the soil to improve it.
Adding lime improves the pH of the soil.
Grass is a plant, and like all plants, it needs water, nutrients, and the right soil pH.
Liming your lawn is a key element to a healthy lawn and it will help fight off intruders like weeds and diseases.

The temperatures are starting to cool down next week, which makes it a perfect time to change out those tired summer containers and plant some winter veggies.

Just arrived - Consolea Rubescens cactus - common name “Road Kill Cactus”.

We have a great selection of Crocuses, tulips, snowdrops, hyacinths, allium, anemone, single & double narcissi, bulk bulbs, tete tete and different varieties of garlic bulbs.
This is a great time to start planning that perfect bulb garden.

Now is the time to start planning your bulb garden 🌷.
This week we received a shipment of bulk tulip bulbs, several varieties of crocus bulbs, snowdrops, anemone, packaged tulips and some King Alfred daffodils.
There will be more arriving in the next couple of weeks.

Garlic has arrived🧄! The varieties that have arrived today are Russian Red top, Russian Purple, Music, Regular, and Elephant Garlic.

3) Use Mole Repellents and Traps
4) Plant mole repelling vegetation - Marigolds
& Allium

Now is the time to apply Grub B Gon Max to your lawn. This application is important to protect your lawn from over-wintering grubs, which will lesson the impact of crows, moles and raccoons damaging your lawn.

Now is the time to start planning for a fall vegetable harvest. We carry a great selection of cool-season crops to frost tolerant varieties.

Ladybugs are back in stock! 🐞

Ladybugs have just arrived.
These ladybugs are native to Canada, and are voracious predator to many garden pests.
They can eat over two dozen aphids per day.
The package we carry contains 250 ladybugs.

The past week has been very hard on many of the warm weather crops! The hail we had took care of a lot of cucumber and tomatos etc..
We just recieved some new stock of sweet success cucumbers and tomatos so get some new plants established . Still lots of time to get a great summer harvest. Limited supplies so get them before they are gone

Looking to add some colour to your pond or shade for your goldfish and koi.
We carry a great selection of water plants, water hyacinths and water lettuce.

This weekend is Moms Big Day.We are bursting at the seams in our store and greenhouse with beautiful hanging baskets, planters and flowers to make mom smile. Our selection is huge all sizes and prices . If needed we can deliver to Abbotsford , Mission and Aldergrove. We do custom flower bouquets, dish gardens and flower arrangements in our floral department as well. Shop in person or give us a call we can make it happen.

Our greenhouse is starting to fill up with a huge assortment of flowers and vegetables suitable for spring planting. We have some of the warm weather veggie crops available as well for those early birds with greenhouses or growing under cloches or protected areas. We are open every day 9 to 5:30. Check out our new selection of imported lite weight pottery. They are gorgeous and suitable for indoors or outdoors.

For those who have greenhouses or wanting to keep starters indoors we have a great selection of starter Tomato plants. We have 16 varieties in stock right now with more coming in the weeks ahead. We also have a few starter peppers as well.
