Beware of delivery and curbside orders from Michaels craft store. They have been absolutely no help. But gladly have taken my funds. Can’t even cancel the order going to take a week to get the funds back.

Due to craft store failure to provide service they advertise Despite paying for the service and my items, I am unable to pick up my order as the necessary personnel are unavailable on weekends, including corporate level staff. Consequently, my order has been held for 2 days, and now I will only receive an update after a 24-hour delay when supervisors are back in office. Meanwhile they have my money. So really I’m stuck. This experience demonstrates poor business practices, affecting not only their reputation but also my ability to conduct business, as the ordered items are essential for fulfilling my own customer orders. This is not the first time I have encountered such issues with Michaels, and I should have taken my business elsewhere after the initial occurrence.

Just want you to all beware. If you think delivery or curbside from Michaels crafts store is a good idea. Just know you could be in my situation with funds gone and no order
