The #1 Name in Furniture is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full time floating position in our Abbotsford and Langley offices. This position will require travel between the Abbotsford and Langley stores so a valid BC Drivers License is required.

Duties Include:
· Serving our customers in a professional and courteous manner
· Answering and directing telephone calls
· Answering general questions and qualifying customer inquiries
· Daily cash out procedures
· Checking sales invoices for accuracy
· Processing finance applications
· Ordering product and managing purchase orders
· Assisting sales associates and management
· Maintaining a clean, presentable and organized office space
· Monitoring and Ordering Supplies
· Assisting in the maintenance and presentation of our showroom
· Assisting other departments as required

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong computer skills with the ability to confidently operate multiple programs at the same time
· Ability to multitask and problem solve on the fly
· Excellent time management skills
· Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for accuracy
· Ability to work under pressure while working with others and remaining professional in stressful situations
· Superior problem solving skills, decision making abilities, integrity, resourcefulness, assertiveness, and flexibility
· Upbeat, positive personality
· Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
· Available Evenings, Weekends and Holidays
